One farmhouse sleeping 8 and a cosy barn conversion sleeping two. Ideal for both families and couples. All are comfortably furnished & well equipped.

The Old Farmhouse is very spacious, has four bedrooms and sleeps up to eight people and two babies, ideal for two families sharing.
The Cider Barn is a very cosy retreat for two adults, unfortunately it isn't suitable for toddlers and children but can accommodate a very young baby. It is open plan with a mezzanine bedroom.
Surrounded by fields and stunning views, each has its' own garden and there is also plenty of space in the play area and fields neighbouring fields for children to let off steam and have fun.
There are lots of things to do nearby, Killerton NT House and gardens, The Bear Trail, Beat Town, Footgolf Devon, Devon Laser Clays, Quadworld, Diggerland are only a short distance away. We are ideally situated for visiting Dartmoor, Exmoor and the coast. Exeter is only 30 mins drive away. Free Wi-Fi in all the cottages. Short breaks available throughout the year.

The Old Farmhouse - the largest of our three holiday cottages, ideal for family get togethers & special celebrations. It sleeps up to 8 guests, two cots and highchairs can also be provided.
There are four bedrooms. A twin with singel beds that can be zip linked together to make a super-king size bed, a smaller single bedroom, a double room with a king-size bed and ensuite shower room and a spacious triple room with three single beds. There is a bathroom with over-bath power shower.
On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen with dining area & a spacious lounge with woodburner. Additional toilet downstairs.

The ground floor comprises of an open-plan lounge/dining area with sofa, flat screen television and DVD player. A woodburning stove with logs supplied free of charge will keep you snug on those wintry evenings. French windows lead to a secluded garden.
The well-equipped fitted kitchen area has an electric oven hob, fridge, washer-drier & microwave.
The bathroom is situated on the ground floor and has a bath with power shower, wash-basin, toilet and airing cupboard.
Upstairs tucked away beneath the beams you will find galleried bedroom area with a double bed. The perfect hideaway for two.
