Fuchsia is a detached bungalow that will take 5 guests but isn't too large for a couple to feel comfortable. The living area has wood laminate floor, TV/DVD player and dining table and chairs. There are 4 bedrooms with beds in the arrangement of Double, twin, single, single.

We are happy to have guests with dogs in Fuchsia and many of our larger parties take this alongside No.2, Hibiscus as the doors and parking areas are close together

Hibiscus has 3 bedrooms and accommodates 4 guests across 2 double rooms and a small single. The lounge/diner floor was recently fitted with new laminate flooring, the heater is an electric thermostatic heater and there is a wall mounted TV / DVD player. All beds will be made up for your use with duvets. The galley kitchen is well equipped with ample food storage space and pans / dishes for most occasions.

We are happy to accept dogs in this property.
If you are an extended party taking more than one property, Hibiscus is the ideal property to take with Fuschia because their relative locations.

Camellia sleeps 4 guests and has 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was refitted in 2017 and we believe it to be well equipped for your stay. The lounge diner has seating for 4 guests, a TV / DVD player and glass door opening out to the lawned area.

Camellia has a lower door step so is slightly easier for less abled guests and we are happy to welcome dogs and children to this property.

Begonia is centrally located, within our site and sleeps 4 guests over 3 bedrooms. As with our other cottages it has a TV / DVD player, well equipped gallery kitchen and shower over the bath in the bathroom. The bedroom formation actually has 5 beds, a double, a twin (in L shaped formation) and a single room allowing you to either use 2 rooms as 2 couples or 3 rooms as a double and 2 singles. The lounge / dining area is equipped for 4 guests.

We are happy to take dogs in Begonia and it is perfect for children.

Clematis is our pet free cottage at Spreacombe Gardens.

Clematis sleeps 4 people over 3 bedrooms, a double, twin and single. (This actually makes 5 beds but the living arrangement is configured for 4 guests).

As with all of our cottages, Clematis has a lounge / dining area with a galley kitchen coming from this. The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs and the lounge has a door directly to your picnic table outside for those al fresco meals.

There is a large shared lawn, used by wildlife in the term time and ball games in the school holidays. Your windows directly overlook this on one side and you look into the woods on the other.

Azalea stands proudly at the top of the slope that is Spreacombe Gardens, overlooking the site and the valley beyond. It sleeps 5 guests over 4 bedrooms but is sometimes just booked by couples that want to enjoy the view.

The lounge diner has soft seating for 5 and a dining table and chairs. The galley kitchen is well equipped for family meals but many guests choose to drive to our local pubs.

Azalea is pet friendly, indeed it has woodland to 2 sides for you to explore and a garden (not fenced) all around for you to sit in, have outdoor meals and generally enjoy. For bigger activities such as ball games there is the use of the larger shared lawn.
