Rede Cottage is a ground floor cottage, with patio doors leading onto the patio with coastal views. Rede has an open plan lounge and kitchen area, including an electric cooker, fridge, washing machine and microwave. There is a double bedroom with a wet room attached. There is a single sofa bed in the lounge. A tumble dryer is available in the laundry room, also a games room with table tennis table.

Cory Cottage is in the centre of three character barn conversions and great for a family get away. Cory has a well equipped open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area downstairs. There are two bedrooms upstairs, a spacious double and a second bedroom with bunk beds with a family bathroom. Outside there's a seating area, ample parking, a children's play area and games room as well as a laundry room perfect for those wet beach things! Traine Farm is on the edge of the village of Wembury within walking distance of the beach following footpaths from the farm. Plymouth is only 7 miles away and also within easy reach is Dartmoor and the wider South Hams with many stunning sandy beaches.

Calmady Cottage is the end cottage of three converted barns. It’s nearly 25 years since the cows were last milked in the parlour where Calmady Cottage now sits. The cottage hasn’t lost any of it’s character though. It’s a cosy space with flexible accommodation. Downstairs there’s an open plan kitchen, sitting and dining area with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped including a large fridge freezer, oven and microwave. Upstairs is a spacious and airy double room as well as a single room and family bathroom.
Outside there is a dedicated seating area and plenty of parking. There’s a games room, play area and laundry room for all those wet beach things!

Clowberry Cottage is an ideal family holiday base. There's an open plan well equipped kitchen and living area with a downstairs double bedroom and a large wet room with bath and separate shower. Upstairs is a large family bedroom with a double bed and two singles. The cottage is ideally suited to an extended family or those with reduced mobility, it has a ramp and grab rails available. Parking and a seating area outside as well as a laundry room, games room and children's play area. Clowberry Cottage is only a mile from the beach, a leisurely walk through the footpaths on the farm to meet the South West Coast Path.
