Our holiday cottages are warm and very well equipped to a 4 star standard. There are six cottages in total of various sizes including one designed for our disabled guests. It is a very peaceful area, the views from the farm are superb and the walks around our ancient woodland are a joy, especially in the spring when the bluebells are in full bloom. Children and dogs love the little stream at the bottom of the valley! There are always animals in the barn and frequent opportunities to bottle-feed, groom or lead friendly animals. Although we are tucked away from the world we are still within easy reach of Barnstaple, Exmoor and the North Devon Coast and its varied coastline. It includes the sandy surfing beaches of Saunton and Croyde along with the rocky coves such as Woody Bay or Hartland Quay. All the holiday cottages are centrally heated with adjustable thermostats so you can have them as warm and cosy as you like. The kitchens are all very well equipped and bed linen and towels are all provided. The Corn Barn is an old cob and stone barn where the corn used to be threshed. If the whole complex is hired it can be used as a function room. It will also shortly be available to all our guests as a games room with several fitness machines, a pool table and table tennis. Our main short breaks are 4 night breaks arriving on a Monday or Weekend breaks arriving on a Friday. We are open all year. Accommodation - warm & well equipped all year round. The old stone barns, once used for milking and stabling have been converted into quality holiday accomodation. All the holiday cottages are centrally heated with adjustable thermostats so you can have them as warm and cosy as you like. The kitchens are all very well equipped and have microwaves as well as conventional ovens. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are all provided and these along with the heating and electricity are all included in the price. You only need to bring beach towels and cot bedding. Well behaved dogs are welcome most of the year and horses and ponies may be accommodated by special request.
