Secluded delightful genuine modernised XVII Century cottages by trout stream in a peaceful Exmoor Valley on 100 acre farm with ABRS Approved riding stables.The farm is well placed to visit all the attractions of Exmoor, North Devon and West Somerset and is only 2 miles from Lynton & Lynmouth. Also Caffyns Halt (a ground floor property) south facing with fenced garden and panoramic views of Exmoor. All 4 Star Quality Graded with central heating, real fires, colour TV,DVD & video, washing machine, tumble dryers, dishwasher and microwave. Linen included, towels available if required. Children & pets most welcome (pets welcome in Riverside Cottage & Caffyns Halt only - pets are not accepted in New Mill & The Granary Cottage). Weekend and midweek breaks available all year.

Two Bedrooms - one double with wash basin, the other has a super king or twin.
Caffyns Halt – sleeps 6 Three Bedrooms – one King size bed, one twin room and the third has full width bunk beds
Riverside Cottage - sleeps 8
Three Bedrooms - One large on ground floor with double four poster-bed and a single bed, upstairs is a further double room and the third bedroom has three single beds. All rooms have wash basins
