For walkers and cyclists there are miles of traffic free lanes, the challenging tors of Dartmoor and the wonderful SW Coastal Path. Nearby Roadford Lake offers sailing and watersports. The north coast has clean beaches and good surfing. There is trout and salmon fishing on local rivers. The RHS Rosemoor is a haven for gardeners. Golfers can enjoy three well groomed courses and birdwatchers have easy access to the pick up port of Bideford to Lundy Island - another great day out. Two bikes and surf boards are available for your use. On the farm there are 13 acres to explore with your own private lake for picnicing.
