We have calves, sheep, runner ducks, geese, chickens and ponies. There are many walks across the valley including The East Devon Way, from the farm gate and also our own private walk down to the banks of the river Coly, where you can paddle or take a picnic. The newly renovated single storey exquisitly decorated cottage boasts a wonderful inglenook fire complete with woodburner and bread oven, 2 bedrooms - one with double bed the other with 2 singles (there is also a bed settee in the lounge). The fully fitted kitchen is complete with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. Outside it has its own lovely sunny patio with picnic table and plenty of private parking. There are fabulous views and superb local walks in this hidden corner of Devon, where only wildlife sounds can be heard. Come and share our little gem! Wifi internet available.
