The rooms consist of a master double with ensuite and tv, one twin, one double and a family bathroom. The ground floor has a great social space with an open plan living area with kitchen and diner. There are french doors leading to a private patio area with its own bbq and garden/lawned area. Guests have access to a neighbours swimming pool and jacuzzi (small distance away) and there is a farm nature trail to help you get closer to the local wildlife. The cottage is well placed for exploring North Devon, with its great selection of beaches, coastal footpaths, tarka trail cycle path or just taking in the breath taking scenery of the Exmoor National Park. We provide linen and towels and all heating costs are included in the price. Cots and highchairs are available along with numerous childrens toys.
