Spacious newly converted barn consists of a beautiful sitting room with ingelnook fireplace, beamed ceiling and slate floor. A large kitchen/diner with built-in appliances, including dishwasher and fridge/freezer, tiled floor and french doors leading onto quiet sun drenched patio. There is a utility room with a washing machine and overnight drying facilities, together with a superb shower wetroom and downstairs WC.

On the first floor with far reaching views over the beautiful North Devon counrtyside there are three bedrooms all with beamed ceilings. One kingsize and two twin-bedded rooms, all tastefully decorated with pine furniture and ample storage space.
