Mobility & Inclusivity
Many of our farms have worked with the National Accessible Scheme to detail specifically what they can offer, and some have facilities specifically designed to cater to the less able. As a part of your booking be sure to check with the property owners to find out what arrangements can be made on your behalf - whether that’s information about the distance from your car to the accommodation, the availability of access ramps or ground floor accommodation. Whatever it is you need to make your holiday as comfortable as possible your hosts will be happy to provide as best they can.
Disabled Holidays in Devon
Exploring the county is the best part about a Devon farm holiday, so having access to mobility equipment to help you do just that is incredibly important. County wide Devon has a network of mobility equipment hire that will help give you access to everything the county has to offer. Do you want to take in some of the stunning coastal scenery and maybe take on some of the coast path? Try hiring a mobility tramper. These all-terrain scooters are available not only from mobility centers but also many of the local tourist information centres, and are hardy enough to tackle the beautiful and rugged Devon countryside.
