Nestled in the heart of the countryside, you will be staying on our working dairy farm. Whilst you're staying with us you'll be able to request farm tours and enjoy sampling some of the delicious honey from our beehives. We're in the perfect place to do lots of stargazing too as there's no light pollution so lie back and enjoy the view.
The scenery around is stunning and on our farm we've planted over 10,000 trees in addition to a native species orchard and a butterfly wood.
There is a six-mile circular walk that goes across the farm and is listed as one of Devon's Best Walks. We also have a pub only a 15-minute walk across the fields which was listed last year as one of the best globally on Tripadvisor.
You'll also have a hands on farm experience while staying with us by having your own coop of friendly chickens to look after.
The quality of the accommodation is second to none with plush bedding and fluffy towels, in addition to a good range of appliances, 43 inch TV and Wifi.
We are dog friendly and each property has a large fenced garden.
We are also very family-friendly and have travel cots and high chairs on request.
Although it may feel like we're remote, we're very well connected and there are plenty of interesting places to get to nearby in addition to amenities within 15 minutes. These include East Devon's largest woodland Ashclyst Forest (10 mins by car), National Trust properties and parkland at Killerton (15 mins by car) and Knightshayes (25 mins by car), Wildwood Escot wildlife park (5 mins by car), The Bear Trail (10 mins by car), Bicton Park Botanical Gardens (40 mins), several nearby beaches (within 30 mins by car), Exeter (25 mins), Taunton (30 mins).

The Deer Den is the perfect choice for a wonderful family break. The Den Den has a lovely wood fired hot tub, a large fenced gardens, is pet friendly and you will have your own coop of chickens to look after laying fresh, rare blue and green eggs during your stay.
Beds are configured to suit the needs of each guest (each room can be superking or twin) and there is sumptuous white cotton bedding, along with fluffy towels provided for your stay. A full log store is also provided. The kitchen has all the mod cons including electric induction range cooker, dishwasher, tall fridge freezer, washing machine, plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, as well as microwave and small appliances.
