Downstairs, the light, double-height spacious living room with wood-burning stove is the perfect place to relax and immerse yourself in the uninterrupted greenness of the view across the farm to Dartmoor in the west.
The large, light and well-equipped kitchen-dining room looks out across your private garden to the farm and hills beyond and is the perfect place for lazy brunches or family scrabble tournaments. Guests have full use of the Hay House and private garden, as well as access to the rest of the farm.
