Also Caffyns Halt (a ground floor property) south facing with fenced garden and panoramic views of Exmoor. All properties equipped to 4 star standards with central heating, real fires, colour TV,DVD & docking station, washing machine, tumble dryers, dishwasher and microwave. Linen, towels and electricity included. Children & pets most welcome (pets welcome in Riverside Cottage & Caffyns Halt only - pets are not accepted in New Mill & The Granary Cottage). Weekend and midweek breaks available all year.

Two Bedrooms - one double with wash basin, the other has a super king or twin.
Caffyns Halt - sleeps 5
Three Bedrooms - one King size bed, one twin room and the third has a single bed
Riverside Cottage - sleeps 6
Three Bedrooms - One large on ground floor with king size double, upstairs is a further double room and the third bedroom has king size double (can be made into a twin). All rooms have wash basins

The kitchen has complete cooking facilities including fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Laundry facilities include automatic washing machine and tumble drier.
Linen is included and all beds have duvets with two pillows per person.
